The following summarises the 6-step process from our receipt of your original document to delivery of the completed translation:

1. OFFER

We assess your document’s technical content, degree of complexity, scope and format before we offer you a quote and delivery date.

2. AGREEMENT

Your document is assigned to a dedicated Comprendo Project Manager who is responsible for the entire translation process. If any questions arise, the Project Manager will ensure that there is open communication both with our clients and the translator.

3. TRANSLATION

The translator’s task will follow the following steps:

  • prior vetting of your document
  • terminology review and search using relevant dictionaries/glossaries
  • translation
  • corrections and spelling check

4. REVIEW

Translations carried out involving Comprendo’s in-house languages (English, Norwegian, Danish, Russian and Spanish) are reviewed and corrected by our staff prior to delivery. This process can be carried out in other languages if you wish, at an additional cost.

5. DELIVERY

All translated documents will be delivered in the format and within the time limit agreed.

6. FOLLOW-UP

We always aim to be better. We follow up all comments and feedback from our clients.
