We have tried and tested quality assurance procedures in place to ensure that you always get the best possible results. All our translators are carefully selected, native speakers.

We encourage active dialogue with our clients throughout the translation process. All translations are thoroughly reviewed before they are completed and sent to you.

Comprendo is pre-qualified as a supplier to the energy sector via our membership of the Achilles Global Energy Network. We are also a member of the Norwegian Association of Professional Non-Fiction Translators (NORFAG).

EXPERIENCED TRANSLATORS

In order to provide you with the highest quality translations, we have put in place a series of in-house quality assurance procedures. These are based on our extensive experience, combined with adherence to the international standards ISO 9001 (Quality Management Systems) and ISO 17100 (Requirements for Translation Services). Our state-of-the-art translation software promotes an efficient translation process and consistent use of terminology.

Based on an assessment of technical content and terminology, we will assign the appropriate translator to your document. We encourage an open dialogue with both the client and the translator if any questions should arise. All translations are carefully reviewed and correctly formatted before delivery.

CONFERENCE INTERPRETING

PROFESSIONAL CONFERENCE INTERPRETERS

Comprendo has access to an extensive network of highly qualified interpreters with both general language skills and expertise in many specialised fields.

For conference interpreting we assign only professional and accredited simultaneous or consecutive interpreters with extensive experience and excellent references from assignments in Norway and overseas.

We guarantee that booths and simultaneous interpreting equipment meet the requirements set out in the ISO standards 2603 and 4043.

A technician from our equipment supplier will always be on hand to ensure that everything goes smoothly.
